Anita Jotwani has spent over two decades at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people, building products that matter and teams that flourish. From the trading floors of Goldman Sachs to the analytics hubs of Walmart and the fast-moving world of health tech, she has brought the same core belief to every role: that great strategy only succeeds when the people executing it are inspired, equipped, and empowered.
As a senior executive, Anita has led global product and operations teams across Financial Services, Retail, HR Technology, and Health Tech, shaping roadmaps and partnerships that have unlocked over a billion dollars in value. She has a particular gift for stepping into complex, cross-functional environments and creating clarity, aligning engineering, product, design, sales, and operations around a shared vision.
Equally at home coaching a team through a cultural transformation or presenting a data commercialization strategy to the C-suite, Anita combines deep analytical expertise with a certified coaching practice that keeps people at the center of everything she builds. She holds an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business, is a Certified Professional Coach, is EQi Certified, and serves on boards dedicated to higher education, clinical research, and equity & belonging.

As a Certified Professional Coach and EQi-certified practitioner, Anita brings both the tools and the real-world experience of having led and advised teams across financial services, retail, health tech, and beyond. Sessions are built around your context, not a scripted curriculum. Most engagements run 3–6 months, with sessions every two to three weeks. Engagements for leadership cohorts or team-based work are also available.
Coaching is a space where candor matters. Everything shared in our sessions stays there. If your organization is sponsoring your coaching, we'll agree together on what, if anything, gets reported back.
Leadership coaching is priced based on engagement scope and duration. Most clients work with Anita over a 3–6 month period.
